Please join us in welcoming Daisy Laureano, FNP, to Primary Care Associates.

Daisy has been a registered nurse for 8 years and earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree 3 years ago. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including women’s health, aesthetics, and primary care. Daisy’s goal is to empower patients with the confidence and knowledge to take control of their health and achieve the best possible quality of life. Daisy is currently accepting new patients and seeing our current patients for and follow up needs. Outside of work, Daisy enjoys taking her dog on walks and traveling whenever she has the opportunity—she has already visited 25 countries. She also loves exploring new restaurants throughout the Chicago area. We are excited to welcome Daisy to the Primary Care Associates team.
