No Show Policy

We appreciate a 24 hour cancellation in advance of a scheduled appointment. This allows us time to schedule other patients who are waiting to be seen. If our patients don't come for a scheduled visit AND  do not call to cancel in advance of the visit, a $50 no show charge will be billed to the patient's account. Of note, you may cancel appointments on our webportal if it is more than 24 hours before your appointment date. If it is less than 24 hours until your appointment, please call our office at 708-484-0042 to cancel your appointment and reschedule for another date.
