Dr. Nadia Momin joined Primary Care Associates in July of 2019 as a board certified family physician. She grew up in sunny South Florida and received her medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine.
After graduation, she pursued her residency in Family and Community Medicine with a concentration in Obstetrics at Southern Illinois University in Quincy, IL. Having worked a few years in community Medicine, Dr Momin returned to complete a fellowship in Women’s Health from Case Western University/University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH in 2016. She has an interest in contraception, preventative care and public health.
Dr. Momin also has a passion for global medicine. She’s has completed medical rotations in London, West Africa and Guyana and had the opportunity to do medical volunteering in various countries including Bangladesh, Haiti and Honduras. Dr. Momin hopes to increase awareness in mental health and medical care in third world countries.
She was recently married and resides with her husband in Chicago, IL. In her free time, Dr. Momin enjoys reading, yoga and traveling.
