I'd Like to introduce myself, I’m Dr. Destani. I’m one of the Family Medicine Practitioners at Primary Care Associates. Since the age of three, it’s been a lifelong dream to help people. I was able to achieve that goal by becoming a physician. I enjoy seeing patients from newborn all the way to geriatric. When I have free time, I like to spend it with my family which includes my wife, four children, two daughter-in-law’s and four grandchildren.

Monday 9 AM-12 PM and 1 PM- 5 PM
Tuesday 8 AM- 12 PM
Wednesday 1 PM -5 PM
Thursday-off
Friday 1 PM-4 PM
