TEST RESULTS
Our policy is to notify you of the results for all of your tests, whether x-rays, cardiology, or labs; and whether normal or abnormal.
Our preference is to notify you by our secure messaging system; so please log into our new portal. If this is not possible for you,
you should receive from our office regarding your test results. If you do not hear from us within two weeks of your test, please
call our office to get your results. One exception: If your mammogram is normal, the radiologist will notify you by letter.
IN-OFFICE LAB HOURS
Genesis labs have a full time lab station on site in our office. No appointment is needed for lab draws but an order from the doctor is required. We will often request that you fast before your blood is drawn, so please be sure to ask your physician if there will be any special requirements before your test. The lab is open during the following hours:

| Fridays | 8 am - 11:45 am |
| Saturdays | 8 am -11:45 am |
Some insurance companies may require the patient to go to outside labs. Please consult with your insurance company.
